Deine Aufgaben

Du hilfst den Kollegen sowie unseren Kunden bei Fragen im 2nd-level Bereich.

Du analysierst und löst Störungen unterschiedlicher Komplexität und Schwierigkeitsgrade innerhalb des Incident Managements.

Du dokumentierst und leitest Störungen eigenständig weiter.

Du kommunizierst professionell mit unseren Kunden via E-Mail, Chat und Telefon.

Du übernimmst die routinierte, kompetente Betreuung unserer Kunden.

Du hilfst bei der Optimierung der Abläufe und am System.

Dein Profil

Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit Servern unter Linux und Windows gesammelt.

Du hast idealerweise Skills in der Systemadministration.

Du hast bereits gute Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration von Gameservern.

Du arbeitest verantwortungsvoll und selbstständig.

Du hast Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenbetreuung oder Systemadministration.

Du verfügst über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche deutsche Sprachkenntnisse.

Du hast Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.
